I am a qualifying therapist with years of experience working in crisis situations. My formal education and experience in the Canadian Armed Forces and working in crisis situations has given me the experience to help in many situations. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and children who are struggling with their day to day life challenges. We will explore patterns, challenge them, and develop strategies to cope with your life challenges.
I am a person-centered therapist that incorporates art therapy, mindfulness and DBT therapy. I use out of the box methods of therapy catered to what will help each individual client where they are at in their journey. I specialize in trauma and incorporate EMDR therapy and Equine Psychotherapy.
If you are looking for someone that listens and empathizes with your situation look no further. I have been in the clients chair, I get it. I provide a space free from judgement that is real. I am here to help you through your challenges and help you build the skills and resilience one step at a time.
