You may be used to being “the strong one” — the person who keeps showing up, caring for others, and holding everything together, even when you feel exhausted inside. Maybe you are a parent, teacher, caregiver, first responder, student, or professional who has been quietly overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or carrying more than anyone sees. In therapy, you do not have to hold it all alone. I offer a steady, judgment-free space to sit with the heavy moments, make sense of what has kept you stuck, and begin moving toward small, meaningful changes that feel sustainable, when you are ready.

Therapy with me is gentle, honest, and collaborative. I bring a trauma-informed lens and DBT-informed skills for those feeling stuck in patterns of shame, anger, and overwhelm. I deeply respect the ways you have learned to adapt and survive. Together, we can work toward steadiness, self-compassion, and hope for what matters most to you.

You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. You can come as you are. I will meet you with warmth, honesty, and care as we make space for what feels heavy. When you feel ready, I would be honoured to sit with you, hear your story, and help you feel seen, heard, and less alone in what you have been carrying.
