Psychotherapy Provider (Social worker (clinical))

For over 10 years, I have been working with individuals and families, helping them find their own solutions to the obstacles and roadblocks preventing them from living their best life. As a therapist, I listen to my clients and help them develop the tools they will need to build a strong foundation for personal growth, such as increased self esteem, problem solving skills, coping skills and positive self talk.
Currently, I support individuals seeking help for; anxiety, OCD, depression, anger, loss of self-identity, low self esteem, problem relationships, workplace anxiety, major life transitions and return to work counselling.
