I am a registered Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I provide individual and couple therapy out of my quiet Sandy Hill office located on the lower level of a former lumber baron's mansion. Wednesdays I share space at 2948 Baseline Road, Suite 206, across from the Queensway-Carleton Hospital and above an Appletree Clinic (corner of Baseline and Sandcastle). I have experience working with childhood abuse, emotional regulation including anger, depression and grief as well as sexual identity and sexual expression; separation or divorce; and, improving interpersonal or work relationships. I specialize in issues of emotional regulation.
I am a fluently bilingual experienced professional who has worked in the Ottawa region for over 20 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from various workplace settings, ethnicity and sexual orientations. I work in a collaborative and emotion focused framework.
I am a registered provider with Blue Cross and have worked with Military personnel extensively. I have also assisted individuals in the application process for the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (CICB) of Ontario.I also provide services to individuals who have experienced motor vehicle accidents and I am registered with the HCAI system.
