I don't do surface level therapy. And I don't sit quietly nodding while you tell me what you think I want to hear. I'm a no bullshit, relational therapist, which means I show up as a real human in the room with you. I'm paying attention to all of you, not just your story (and definitely not my notepad) but also how you show up, protect, shut down and reach for connection. Because therapy isn't just about coping skills and insight. I work from a foundation of connection first. If we don't connect, nothing else sticks. This work is honest, confronting and sometimes uncomfortable. It's also where real change happens.
I work with people who are tired of performing, pretending they're fine and want to show up more honestly. It's not just about your anxiety, shutdown, reactivity but what's driving your symptoms. We identify and work with the parts of you that over function, shut down, people please and process experiences your nervous system can't seem to let go of.
This isn't quick fix therapy. It's honest, deep, and sometimes uncomfortable. It's the type of therapy that can help you stop repeating the same patterns. Insight alone won’t get you there. Real healing happens when you finally feel safe, seen, and regulated. You don’t have to do this alone. Stop surviving. Stop coasting. Start living.
