Alex provides evidence-based psychotherapy, grounded in mindfulness and compassion. Alex has completed training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She is passionate about about perinatal mental health, healing from trauma, as well as emotion regulation, anxiety and depression.
Alex’s approach to therapy is both holistic and eclectic, while empowering clients to explore patterns, relationships, and past experiences as a way to understand their present ways of being.
