My name is Natalie Phelan and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Occupational Therapist. I have been working in the Niagara Region for 23 years, and have been working with people with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties to life transitions or life challenges, chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma, amongst a variety of other concerns.
I am interested in helping people to feel understood and supported, while at the same time tackling things to grow within themselves to work through or overcome the challenges they are facing. My training is in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Brief Narrative Therapy (BNT), & Trauma Based Therapy.
