An impassioned mental health professional; I believe in collaborative, client-centered work. Each client brings their unique set of challenges and situations, and working on their strengths enable the therapy progress towards empowering the client. I have worked with adolescents, youth and adults on varied issues such as relationships, stress, psycho-social and career conflicts, parenting stress, depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns. I use CBT, MBSR, and humanistic approach as per the need of the client.

Practicing for the past two decades and more, have served thousands of clients in India and Canada. I received the Fulbright Award for Counseling in 2013. I provide services in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu besides English.
