In our work together, I aim to create a space that feels grounded in empathy, safety, and collaboration — a place where you can show up fully as you are.
At the heart of my work is the belief that within each of us exists a wealth of wisdom and inner knowing. When we learn how to access it, we move toward deeper alignment with our identity, sense of meaning, self-concept, and definition of success.
My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and integrative. I tailor therapy to each individual's needs and preferences, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems, somatic psychotherapy, systemic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, DBT, and CBT.
