Success Story
Awarded best thesis project, Gilda Grossman Award (Toronto Art Therapy Institute and York University) in 2021. I pioneered a new protocol in group art therapy, an intervention for frontline employees in organizational mental health, called Brief Mindfulness Art Therapy. It is a three-hour group art therapy intervention which mitigates work stress and anxiety for employees. It was originally implemented at the Niagara Regional Police Services at Headquarters in October 2019.
