My approach integrates mind-body practices, offering a therapeutic space where you feel fully seen in both your words and your embodied experience. I draw from evidence-based techniques, as well as yoga and mindfulness, helping you develop tools for nervous system regulation and connect with your full capacity for healing.
I believe in working collaboratively with clients, recognizing that counselling is a partnership—an opportunity to "walk with" you through difficulties. Having done my own therapeutic work, I bring empathy grounded in personal understanding and the capacity to remain steady during your most difficult moments. I'm committed to creating an inclusive therapeutic space and recognize the impact of systemic factors on wellbeing.
With couples, I help you and your partner understand your communication patterns, what triggers conflict, how different parts of yourselves may show up in your relationship, and how attachment styles may shape responses. I support you both to access the emotions beneath your struggles and the parts that may be activated, so you can manage conflict effectively. I also assist you to develop skills for strengthening your friendship and deepening trust and connection.
I value ongoing learning and current treatment practices, adapting my integrative style to your unique needs—whether working individually or with couples. My goal is to empower you to connect with your inner wisdom, uncover who you really are, and move toward the life you truly want, aligned with your values.
