As your therapist, I will prioritize creating a non-judgmental space for you to explore your needs and concerns. I often support clients in finding and understanding their identity and their goals while facilitating action towards self-compassion, gratitude and love. I emphasize a harm-reduction approach to all models of therapy. I am skilled in addressing conflict resolution, effective coping strategies and creative problem solving. My goal is to facilitate a space which honours your unique needs and allows safe exploration into your desired topics.
I often work with neurodivergence (ADHD), anxiety, depression, anger, spirituality, life transitions, identity struggles, relationship issues, chronic pain and queer-related problems. I deeply consider your unique experiences in order to develop coping skills and support you in regaining your confidence, skill and inner peace.
I value community, connection and creativity. My passion and flexibility allow my clients to become co-facilitators in their healing journey. I believe that creating a strong and trusting relationship will lead us to the greatest success in therapy.
