Charlene is known as a psychotherapist who is caring, easy to talk to and creates a comfortable rapport with her clients.
Over the last twenty years, Charlene has worked with people from many different walks of life, providing support as they have walked through a variety of different crisis and non crisis situations. Charlene’s goal is to provide a safe space where people can remove the obstacles that hold them back from thriving and see tangible progress in the way that they live their lives. In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, Charlene has served as a prison chaplain and a family ministries pastor.
Since 2008, Charlene has been specifically honing her skills as a psychotherapist, working with individuals, couples and families facing life challenges. Charlene has a special interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Charlene continues to pursue training in these modalities.
